      Designed with you, your business and your clients in mind, our innovative platform allows you to create documents, learn and implement strategies and benefit from expert knowledge, partnerships, and member benefit programs.       Lets Dive In

      Login direct to LightYear Surge (top right corner).

      This is where you will access any of your client success, customer support, member benefits, meetings with anyone internally like Abbott and Mourly or you just need help from our support team.

      • Your Team - this enables private messages between Ash or one of our support team members. It also allows you to keep up to date with any new broadcasts or personal needs/feedback.
        • LYD Bot - is just a bot, here to hang out and oversea that everything is running smoothly. 
      • Groups and Topics - this is where the collaboration comes in with the following chats between you and your corporation. 
        • Organisation Support - this is your support chat that includes two of our LYD support team members.
        • Organisation Chat - this is your company chat that doesn't include any of our staff members.
        • Onboarding - this is where we will list your tasks to complete onboarding. You can create to-do lists, call a meeting or even use the chat room as a white board to draw on.
      • Live Support - this is used for '911/000' emergencies. If you need something ASAP or  something bad is happening and you need our help straight away, we are always ready to help 7 days a week.
      • Requests - we encourage you to use this when contacting us, so we can better track your requests for future reference. If you're stuck on a question in your documents, we recommend you use this (we can jump in meetings and share your meeting direct through the surge app).
      • Meetings - this is where all your internal meetings via surge will be, including any training.
      • Quick Links 
        • Document Wizard - LightYear Docs unique document wizard provides access to more than 150 different legal documents and strategy packs (for workflows) with full legal sign-off from Abbott & Mourly Lawyers. You can read more about Document Wizard here.
        • Trust Deed Stamping - this is where you will get redirected to to the trust deed stamping request, Eventum Optimum are here to simplify this process for you and allow you to put your time back into your business. Simply fill out the form, upload your Trust Deed and they will have it stamped within 24 hours. 
        • Business Valuation Tool- in conjunction with Succession Plus, which will also open up another chat in groups and topics called the business valuation tool. This is where the document will be referred to.
        • Legal Review - this is where you can request legal review or legal assistance on your documents.
        • View all - you will be able to see other quick links that include Support Site, Events and Webinars, Hard Copies and so much more.

          The Quick Links are a work in progress and we will continue to build this out with our different integrations, different partners and member benefits.

        Surge

      The main area that will be used the most is the Document Wizard. This is where you can access company details, documents, templates, return to surge and change your profile information.

      Inside Document Wizard - the Menu Option Consists of:

      • My Company - this is where you can find your company details (company number, billing address and website) along with all the team members associated with your company.
      • My Orders - everything you've ordered from LightYear Docs that you had a payment associated with will go here. If you're on a strategist plan, you won't have this orders tab.
      • My Documents - this is where completed or unfinished documents are stored. This is also where you can manage and create folders to store all your documents (great for adding all your clients or individual family members just as an example). You can order hard copies, request legal review, download your documents and view audit logs.
      • Templates - this is where all the ready to download documents are stored. You can drill down on the document folders or simply search for the document in the search button.
        • If you click on the 'about' button on each document, it will give you a sample of the document, along with a small rundown of what each document is about, the product, general information, benefits, FAQs and How to Videos.
        • You can click on 'Launch Interview' to create a document and this will then be saved in your 'My Documents' tab.

      • Return to LY Surge - this will take you back to your main portal to support your documents - we're ready to help your practice be the best it an be, where and whenever you are.
