      Login directly to LYD Surge (top right corner of https://www.lightyeardocs.com.au/)

      This is where you will access any of your client success, customer support, member benefits, meetings with anyone internally like the Abbott and Mourly or you just need help from our support team.

      Your Team
      • LYD Announcements - is just a bot, here to hang out and oversee that everything is running smoothly.
      • Geraldine (Business Manager) - this enables you to send private messages to Geraldine. 
      Groups and Topics - this is where the collaboration comes in with the following chats between you and your team. 
      • Organisation Support Chat - this is your support chat that includes two of our LYD support team members.
      • Abbott and Mourly Legal Support Chat - this is your support chat for any legal and technical queries and that doesn't include any of our support team members, only your team and the Abbott and Mourly Lawyers.

      Live Support - this is used for '911/000' emergencies. If you need something ASAP or  something bad is happening and you need our help straight away, we are always ready to help during business hours.

      • Document Wizard - LYD's unique Document Wizard provides access to more than 200 different legal documents and strategy packs (for workflows) with full legal sign-off from Abbott & Mourly Lawyers. You can read more about Document Wizard here.
      • Events and Webinars - this is where you can register to our upcoming events, courses and webinars to keep you ahead of the game.
      • Latest Releases - you can find here the details on our latest platform releases and document updates.
      • Success Hub - this is where you can find tips & tools to grow your firm. 
      • eBook Order Form - this is where you can order eBooks as your marketing tool.
      • Legal Review - this is where you can request for a legal review from the Abbott and Mourly.
      • Hard Copies - you can order premiere and eco-friendly hard copies here.
      • Trust Deed Stamping - this is where you will get redirected to to the trust deed stamping. The Eventum Optimum is here to simplify this process for you and allow you to put your time back into your business. Simply fill out the form, upload your Trust Deed and they will connect with you within 24-48 hours. 
      • Mortgage Registration & PPSR Lodgments - this is where you can register your mortgages and lodge your PPSR with Eventum Optimum. 
      • Change GPS - you can offer estate planning services to your clients using this quick link. 
      • CPDs and Courses - this is where you can earn CPD points and enroll to LYTG courses. 
      • We ♥ Group - offers outsourcing and business evaluation services. 

      The main area that will be used the most is the Document Wizard. This is where you can access company details, documents, templates, return to surge and change your profile information.

      Inside the Document Wizard:

      • My Company - this is where you can find your company details (company number, billing address and website) along with all the team members associated with your company.
      • My Orders - everything you've ordered from LYD that you had a payment associated with will go here. If you're on a Strategist plan, you won't have this Orders tab.
      • My Documents - this is where completed or unfinished documents are stored. This is also where you can manage and create folders to store all your documents (great for adding all your clients or individual family members just as an example). You can also order hard copies, request legal review, download your documents and view audit logs.
      • Templates - this is where all the ready to download documents are stored. You can drill down on the document folders or simply search for the document in the search button.
        • If you click on the 'About' button on each document, it will give you a sample of the document, along with a small rundown of what each document is about, general information, benefits, FAQs and How to Videos. 
        • You can click on 'Start Document' to create a document and this will then be saved in your 'My Documents' tab.

      Top Right Corner:

      • LY Home - You will be routed to the LightYear Docs website
      • LY Surge - You will be routed back to the dashboard
      • My Profile - You will be routed to your profile section
      • Sign out -  You will be logged out from the Document Wizard
