      Profile Overview - LY Surge

      LY Surge is here to help your practice be the best it can be, where and whenever you are

      We saw a problem, so we reimagined it. LightYear Docs was founded on the belief that providing practical solutions that improve an accounting or financial services business would revolutionise the often-complicated legal documentation and client advice process. Designed with you, your business and your clients in mind, our innovative platform allows you to create documents, learn and implement strategies and benefit from expert knowledge, partnerships, and member benefit programs. We help professionals reimagine their businesses from day one by empowering them with some of Australia's most strategic and advanced documents, collaboration tools, and strategies.

      Once logged onto LightYear Surge, you can select from the following menu items:

      • Your Team - this enables private messages between Ash or one of our support team members. It also allows you to keep up to date with any new broadcasts or personal needs/feedback.
        • LYD Bot - is just a bot, here to hang out. It doesn't talk to you, it's simply there to make sure everything runs smoothly. 
      • Groups and Topics - this is where the collaboration comes in with the following chats:
        • Organisation Support - this is your support chat that includes two of our LYD support team members.
        • Organisation Chat - this is your company chat that doesn't include any of our staff members.
        • Onboarding - this is where we will list your tasks to complete onboarding.
      • Live Support - this is used for '911/000' emergencies. If you need something ASAP or  something bad is happening and you need our help straight away, we are always ready to help.
      • Requests - we encourage you to use this when contacting us, so we can better track your requests for future reference. If you're stuck on a question in your documents, we recommend you use this (we can jump in meetings and share your meeting direct through the surge app).
      • Meetings - this is where all your internal meetings via surge will be.
      • Quick Links 
        • Document Wizard - LightYear Docs unique document wizard provides access to more than 150 different legal documents and strategy packs (for workflows) with full legal sign-off from Abbott & Mourly Lawyers. You can read more about Document Wizard here.
        • Trust Deed Stamping - this is where you will get redirected to to the trust deed stamping request, Eventum Optimum are here to simplify this process for you and allow you to put your time back into your business. Simply fill out the form, upload your Trust Deed and they will have it stamped within 24 hours. 
        • Business Valuation Tool- this will open up another chat in groups and topics called the business valuation tool, where the document will come into that chat.
        • Legal Review - this is where you can request legal review or legal assistance on your documents.
