Why is there no option to put the primary beneficiary names in the Leading Member Discretionary Trust, unlike the Discretionary Trust (Non-Foreign Person)?

It is because of the recent Owies case that LightYear Docs LMDT deeds do not have named beneficiaries. It has the the Leading Member Appointors and their bloodline as the beneficiaries.
