Why are the companies created in LightYear Docs show as deactivated in BGL CAS 360?
Your companies would appear to be established twice, with one being deactivated in BGL CAS 360.
We implemented the button "Validation data" in order to check and verify the data on CAS 360 to avoid duplication of contacts, companies and ACN. This then creates a company on CAS 360 then deactivate it and we only create a final one when user clicks on the "Assemble" button.
The inactive company on CAS 360 will later on be removed from the subscription. For more information regarding the deactivated company impact on the credit of subscription, you can check here: Deleting and restoring companies in CAS 360.
If you do not want this deactivation to show, the only way is not to click on the Validation button. The system though would not be able to detect any possible errors and it will not sync the details over to CAS 360 if there are any errors found, which will have to be done manually.
