If the current Appointor dies, and if there is no Succeeding Appointor, will his position be necessarily given to the Legal Personal Representative?

Document: Discretionary Trust (Individual and Corporate)

The position will go to someone of the Trustee's choosing. So, yes it can be someone's Legal Personal Representative.
