What is the difference between FPT and LMDT?

What is the difference between Family Protection Trust (FPT) and Leading Member Discretionary Trust (LMDT)?

They both work on the same principles of a line of succession, control with the first in line and bloodline protection. It is just recommended to use the LMDT for business structures and the FPT for the ideal structure of the protection of the whole family's assets where they want to separate their business entity and all.
