Trust Deed Stamping Process

Trust Deed Stamping can be utilised once you have completed your Trust document and would like to be assisted by LightYear Group on stamping the deed in your specific State/Territory. We will step you through the process seamlessly and ensures all requirements are fulfilled before duty is paid.

All trust deed documents are subject for stamping. The cost for stamping is $120 including GST. Duties payable will be assessed separately on a case-to-case basis and an assessment notice is provided to users upon completion. 

There are 3 ways to request for Trust deed stamping:

  1. On your Surge account, go under Quick Links and choose Trust Deed Stamping.
  2. Once you have assembled your document, you can choose Trust Deed Stamping from the pop-up.
  3. Lastly, you can access the form from the Action Button of the document that you want to be processed for Trust Deed Stamping.
