For the SMSF establishment, is the BDN only prepared through a SMSF Will? Is there a document for setting up the bank account or is it included in the wording of the trust deed?

Bank account is in the company set up document for the SMSF. SMSF Will is the nomination. We don't use member application as we appoint them in the recitals which is much stronger from a Legal perspective. BDN is available in the SMSF Will.
