- 01/09/2026 Member Appointment - Leading Member SMSF - The following items were updated:
- Legal Disclaimer after the cover page has been removed.
- Attached Product Disclosure Statement.
- Updated the Index sequencing.
- Updated Signatories within the Member Appointment section. Allowing Legal Personal Representative.
- Updated Trustee declaration form into NAT 71089-05.2025 version.
- 03/09/2026 Enduring Power of Attorney, The LYD Will and EPOA, and Leading Member SMSF Establishment with EPOA, the follow items have been updated.
- For the Western Australia EPOA form, the maximum number of attorneys has been updated to:
- 2 main attorneys
- 2 substitute attorneys
- A typographical error in the sole attorney output has also been corrected.
- A disclaimer for WA state EPOA within the interview with this text caption:
- "Select ‘Yes’ to ‘Replacement Attorney’ if you require more than four attorneys. (For both list, maximum of four attorneys can be appointed.) in all EPOAs except Victoria and Western Australia. Because Victoria long and short form have different maximum numbers and WA allows for only two attorneys and two substitute attorneys."
