      • 04/09/2023 Leading Member SMSF Special Purpose Corporate Trustee - Removed any reference to Family Protection or Family Protection Discretionary Trust.
      • 04/09/2023 The Moat and Castle - In The Protector change position of document and fixed minor issue on font size and headings. 
        For the Letter of Advice within the ABP updated the transfer balance cap to $1.9Million and changed 2017 to 2023.
      • 05/09/2023 Company Establishment Documents - Fixed option for Congo in country.
      • 05/09/2023 Enduring Power of Attorney, The LYD Will and EPOA, & The Moat and Castle  - Fixed issue on Alternate attorney for Vic long form and fixed spelling error for 'choosin'.

      • 06/09/2023 The Successor Director Solution – Single Company plus upgrade - If successor director to be appointed. Resolution by the Company to Appoint a Successor Director in the Event of a Director’s Incapacity or Death.
