19/09/2022 All Trust Vesting Documents - Winding up a trust, legally known as vesting a trust requires the Trustees to do a number of things and actions. These are generally found in the trust deed. The LightYear Docs vesting package for SMSFs, Unit Trusts and Discretionary Trusts now includes a Deed of Vesting to provide the ultimate strength. We have recently changed our trust vesting documents to include this resolution as well as the minutes to further strengthen the vesting process for Trustees when winding up trusts.
