Starting with the HR Main Documents, an employer can hire, fire and manage employees and contractors alike with main employment agreements. Moving onto our HR Additional Clauses, if our standard main documents don’t quite cover what an employer requires, they are able to add in any applicable Additional Clauses (to be inserted into any Main Document) as they see fit. They are more detailed than those provided in the basic templates. You do not have to use additional clauses however you may prefer longer form agreements and find these more suitable. **How do I add an additional clause to a full document?** Once your full document has been assembled, choose the word format download option. Do the same with any additional clauses you wish to add or substitute to your document. Using your PC or other device, you can copy, paste, delete and edit to suit your needs. **Is this template a legal document?** Any signed contract can be a legal document. This template has been provided by We Love Group for use by LYD users.
