Ordering Hard Copies

LightYear Docs now offer hard copies for documents. We have partnered with Burleigh Prints to provide document hard copies. Hard copies can be ordered in either an eco-friendly setting or in premier binding and can be ordered on any document to be delivered to an address of choice for signing. 

Eco-Friendly (Soft Bound) is at $45 per copy and the Premier (Hard bound) is at $89 per copy. For those made before 2:00pm AEST, orders will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 2:00pm AEST, on weekends, and on holidays, will be shipped the next business day. Once shipped, an email will be sent to the user with the applicable tracking number. Delivery time depends on Aus Post, however estimates can be given via the tracking number.

In any case that a faulty or damaged order is received, we are able to resend a new copy or issue a refund. For any assistance needed, reach out through your Surge account or send an email to support@lightyeardocs.com.au.

 

There are 3 ways to order hard copies:

1. On your Surge account, go under Quick Links and choose Hard Copies.
   
2. Once you have assembled your document, you can choose Order Hard Copy from the pop-up.
   
3. Lastly, you can access the form from the Action Button of the document that you want to order for Hard Copy.
