You can order any document in our **Premium Folder** for **$129 per order for LY Members and $179 per order for LY Lite**, delivered straight to your chosen address for signing. 📦 **Fast Processing & Shipping** - Orders placed **before 2:00pm AEST** are shipped the **same day**. - Orders after 2:00pm AEST, on weekends, or public holidays will be shipped the **next business day**. - Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your **tracking number** to monitor delivery via **Aus Post**. For any assistance, contact us through your **Surge account** or email **support@lyd.com.au**. ### Hard Copy Order Terms and Conditions LYD provides a premium hard copy document printing service for clients who need physical, professionally presented versions of their legal templates. This policy outlines eligibility, pricing, procedures, and quality assurances.  1. Hard copy ordering is available to all LYD plans. 2. Each order may include 1 document only which includes 2 printed copies total (i.e., 2 copies of each of the 2 documents). This ensures optimal packaging, presentation, and delivery times. 3. Hard copy fees are in addition to your standard subscription or document generation charges. This includes professionally printed documents and premium LYD presentation folder.  - Best Practice / Strategist Members: $129 per order - Lite Users: $179 per order 4. Same-day shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, weekends, or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking details emailed upon dispatch. 5. Orders that arrive damaged or faulty will be reprinted at no cost – subject for approval. 6. Once shipped, documents cannot be returned. 7.
