LYD Now Offers In-House Hard Copy Services!

We now provide hard copies of documents directly in-house—no third-party involved! You can order any document in our Premium Folder for $129 per order for LY Members and $179 per order for LY Lite, delivered straight to your chosen address for signing.

📦 Fast Processing & Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST are shipped the same day.
Orders after 2:00pm AEST, on weekends, or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number to monitor delivery via Aus Post.

🔄 Hassle-Free Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll resend a new copy or offer a refund—no worries!

There are 3 ways to order hard copies:

On your Surge account, go under Quick Links and choose Hard Copies.
Once you have assembled your document, you can choose Order Hard Copy from the pop-up.
Lastly, you can access the form from the Action Button of the document that you want to order for Hard Copy.
