Eventum Optimum also provide aid in the registration of mortgages and PPSR for documents that require so. To engage this service, kindly follow the instructions in the live form, including relevant details, information, and attach the relevant documents. Once the form is lodged, a member of the Eventum Optimum team will be in touch regarding costs and next steps. Please also note once a mortgage registrations/PPSR is complete from Eventum Optimum, there may additional steps to be taken by a client before the registrations are complete. Approximate pricing is as follows:

Mortgage Pricing:

1st Mortgage $770 including disbursements
2nd Mortgage $990 including disbursements (note the first will charge client directly for consent & deed of priority as well, approximate additional $200)

PPSR Pricing:

$110 for 7 years
$165 for 25 years (protector with property)
An additional $50 if > 25 years is required
$275 if a loan & security deed is required for a Protector
