  • 05/06/2026  Div7A Umbrella Loan Agreement - Fixed the Endorsement of Promissory Note clause 8-Governing Law. "This Promissory Note shall be enforced according to the laws of <State Variable>. 
  • 11/06/2026 Leading Member SMSF Deed of Variation -  Within the Transition to Retirement Income Streat definition, the wordings "does not have a reversionary pension member, the Member may, with the agreement of the Trustee is the Trustee of the Fund and includes a Replacement Trustee appointed for a Member or an Additional Trustee where the Member is the only Member and Trustee of the Fund" were removed.
  • 12/06/2026 LYD Standard Company  - all letter of advice within the template and all letter of advice footer were updated. The LY Legal mentions were removed and replaced with LightYear Legal.
  • 12/06/2026 Discretionary Trust - (non foreign persons) - This template with updated wordings was re-launched. 
  • 17/06/2026  The EPOA-NSW for the following document has been fixed.

  • 23/06/2026 Advance Health Directive (WA) - Within the Enduring Power of Guardianship, the main and joint attorney appointment section and it's signatories has been fixed. And the font has also been changed from Calibri into Arial in some part of the template that is applicable. 
  • 24/06/2026  Family Protection Trust - (non-foreign persons) - This template with updated wordings was re-launched. 
  • 26/06/2026 Upgrade of Existing Leading Member Discretionary Trust - the definition wordings "The Trust Fund" were updated to "The Trust shall be governed by, and this deed shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of <Jurisdiction State Variable> /or <Changed Jurisdiction State Variable>."
  •  29/06/2026 Discretionary Trust - (non foreign persons) - The Legal Note within the signatories has been fixed.
  • 30/06/2026 The required street number has been removed and the street type "Place North, Place South, Place West, Place East" were added for the following documents.
