• 04/05/2026  LRBA Holding Trust Pack Bank - Under the Terms of the Holding Trust. The clause 1(b) "The Trustee acts as first Trustee of the Holding Trust and along with the Trustee of the Fund will borrow funds from the Lender for the acquisition of the Trust Property." was replaced into "The Trustee acts as first trustee of the Holding Trust. The Trustee of the Fund alone will borrow funds from the Lender to acquire the Trust Property, and the Trustee will hold legal title solely as bare trustee for the Trustee of the Fund, without incurring any liability for the borrowing."
  
• 05/05/2026 Under the Notification and Application of Membership of Trustee/Director of Corporate Trustee, the Tax File Number is just now optional. If applicable, only the date of birth of the member shall appear for the following templates:

  •  Member Appointment - Leading Member SMSF

• 06/05/2026 Discretionary Trust - (individual & corporate) Within the interview, the Victorian Landholding Trust caption was fixed. 
• 12/05/2026 Within the Borrowing Strategy Benchmark Tab, allocation ration value is now available for both benchmark option, whether there is a borrowing or not for the following document:
  
  • SMSF Investment Strategy - Fund 
  • Member Directed Investment Strategy
• 13/05/2026 Enduring Power of Guardianship (NSW) - Applied font change from Calibri into Arial in some part of the template that is applicable and document margins and formatting were fixed. 
• 15/05/2026 The street type Square East, Square North, Square South, and Square West within the option list were added for the following documents:

• 15/05/2026 LYD Standard Company - The Date of Birth requiring age of 18 were fixed. The requirement remain intact without causing error. 
• 25/05/2026 The Common Address list feature will now available within the tabs of Principal Place Of Business, the Registered Office and the Company Associates. across all Successor Director. These changes were applied to the following documents:

• 26/05/2026 All Purpose loan Agreement - Applied font change from Calibri into Arial and the index page list was fixed.
