  • 05/03/2026 All templates - Updated the letter of advice attachments across the template. Removed "Tony Anamourlis" name and signature. Replaced by LY Legal team.

  • 05/03/2026 Applied font change from Calibri into Aria for the following documents:

    • Leading Member Discretionary Trustee Company

    • Leading Member SMSF Special Purpose Corporate Trustee

  • 05/03/2026 Enduring Power of Guardianship (NSW) - In point number 9 of the checklist of the template output, inserted the phrase ", acting under a Power of Enduring Attorney," immediately after "…such as my GP and attorney".
     
    Under the section titled ‘Appointor’s Signature and Witness Certificate’ in the NSW EPOG form, Replaced that bracketed line with the name of the Enduring Guardian that will be entered in the template interview.
     
    If the document is to be electronically witnessed via Zoom (as prompted in the template interview), the following paragraphs will appear under the section tittled ‘Enduring Guardian’s Acceptance and Witness Certificate’
     
    "This document was signed in counterpart and witnessed by audio visual link <Visual Link Variable> in accordance with section 14G of the Electronic Transactions Act 2000. This signed counterpart, taken together with any counterpart or copy signed by the prescribed witness, will constitute and be deemed to be one original document.
    I witnessed the signature of this instrument by the appointor in real time by audio visual link <Visual Link Variable> I am reasonably satisfied that this is an identical counterpart of the counterpart document signed by the appointor. This counterpart is signed in accordance with section 14G of the Electronic Transactions Act 2000."
  • 17/03/2026 - Within the output document, if Agreement is selected in the interview, the Legal Note will not appear since witness is not required for the following documents:
    • Division 7A Loan Agreement
    • Div7A Umbrella Loan Agreement
