      • 05/06/2025 Discretionary Trust Distribution Minutes (Discretionary Trust Distribution Resolution inside document) - In the interview, in Trustee Tab, within the Individual Trustee Option, added an option that enables the witness to execute for the Trustee.
      • 06/06/2025 LYD Standard Company - Made the following changes:
        • Changed the wordings of Rule 87.1 "All loans and loan agreements must meet any requirements in relation to Division 7A of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936." to "All loans and loan agreements *made to the Members* must meet any requirements in relation to Division 7A of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936."
        • Changed the wordings of Rule 90.1 "All loans and loan agreements must meet any requirements in relation to Division 7A of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936." to "All loans and loan agreements *made to the Officeholders* must meet any requirements in relation to Division 7A of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936."
      • 06/06/2025 The Moat and Castle & The Protector - Made the following changes:
        • Fixed General Commentary Letter of the Protector Letter of advice.
        • Remove redundant clauses and fixed formatting.
        • Under the section of Overview of bankruptcy "clawback" provisions in the Bankruptcy Act 1966, fixed the redundant wordings "Section 120".
      • 09/06/2025 Enduring Power of Attorney, The LYD Will and EPOA & The Moat and Castle - Made the following changes:
        • Updated the EPOA (South Australia) to latest version 5.
        • Changed the text form from version 2 to version 5.
        • Changed the table formatting in the Delivery Instruction.
        • Changed the Privacy Collection Statemen text from "The information in this form is collected under statutory authority and is used for maintaining publicly searchable registers and indexes. It may also be used for authorised purposes in accordance with Government legislation and policy requirements."" to ""The information in this form is collected under statutory authority and is used for purpose of maintaining publicly searchable registers and indexes.  It may also be used for authorised purposes in accordance with Government legislation and policy requirements."
        • Under Donor(s) Section, capitalised necessary details on output document to comply on the new standard formatting.
        • Under Done(s) Section, capitalised necessary details on output document to comply on the new standard formatting.
        • Added section footer for the Donee(s) with form instruction "(*Delete the inapplicable)  *JOINTLY / *JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY TO BE MY ATTORNEY(S)"
        • Updated I DECLARE THIS POWER TO BECOME EFFECTIVE section.
        • Capitalised necessary details on output document to comply on the new standard formatting.
        • Updated form of Acceptance formatting to version 5 (EPOA - SA) standard.
        • Updated form of Acceptance emphasis of "Powers of Attorney and Agency Act 1984" on wordings.
      • 10/06/2025 The Moat and Castle & The Protector - Fixed The Protector Template Docx File Assembling Error and the clause 8(a) and (c) Cross-Securing of Loan Agreement - 'to the property' wordings under the Mortgage Deed within The Protector Template
      • 11/06/2025 - Within the Loan Agreement document, under the clause 1.4 - Repayment of Loans Monies, removed the wordings "The Borrower is required to make a minimum repayment of the loan principal amounting to 0.10 of the Loan Amount within a five year period from the Commencement Date." on the following documents:
        • All Purpose Loan Agreement
        • SMSF Loan Agreement
        • The Moat and Castle
        • The Enforcer
        • The Protector
      • 11/06/2025 SMSF Deed of Variation - Replaced the mentions of "Abbott and Mourly" into "LY Legal" in help caption within the clause field, within the Deed of Variation Deeds.
      • 11/06/2025 Discretionary Trust Distribution Minutes (Discretionary Trust Distribution Resolution inside doc) - Legal Note on Individual Party will only appear if there is a Witness to Execute and changed the word "Trust Fund" to "Trust Estate" under Proposed distribution of Income (ii).
      • 12/02/2025 SMSF Deed of Variation - Made the following changes:
        • Added Successor Leading Member on Schedule 1 output.
        • Added Second Successor Leading Member on Schedule 1 output.
        • Added Third Successor Leading Member on Schedule 1 output.
        • Added Fourth Successor Leading Member on Schedule 1 output.
        • Added Fifth Successor Leading Member on Schedule 1 output."
        • In Recitals (1) changed the wordings "deed date on" to "deed dated".
        • Change the wordings on (2.18 (b) - Variation of the Rules of the Fund). Previous wordings were "Can alter prior or existing but now new Pensions and/or Income Streams as per Rule 6.7 but will not alter prior or existing SMSF Wills and/or Binding Directors on the Trustee or Members unless otherwise agree to between the Member effected and the Trustee; " and updated wordings to "may alter prior or existing Pensions and/or Income Streams as per Rule 6.7, but will not alter prior or existing SMSF Wills and/or Binding Directions on the Trustee or Members unless otherwise agreed between the affected Member and the Trustee; and"
      • 18/06/2025 Division 7A Loan Agreement - Made the following changes:
        • Updated the wording output on Execution wordings: If it's specified as (Deed) - "EXECUTED AS A DEED BETWEEN". If it's specified as (Agreement) - "EXECUTED AS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN"
        • Updated the wordings for individual wordings.
        • Replace the text "Signed by: " into "Signed, Sealed and Delivered by:"
      • 18/06/2025 - Added the Letter of Advice: Trust Deed Upgrade on the following documents:
        • Upgrade of Discretionary Trust to a Family Protection Trust
        • Upgrade of Discretionary Trust to a Family Protection Trust (Non-Foreign Person)
        • Upgrade of Discretionary Trust to a LightYear Docs Strategic Discretionary Trust

      • 19/06/2025 Discretionary Trust Distribution Minutes (Discretionary Trust Distribution Resolution inside doc) - Made the following changes:
        • Changed the wordings of signatories tittle from "Executed by the Trustee:" into "Executed by the Trustee in relation to the Discretionary Trust Distribution Resolution:"
        • Fixed the formatting in the section of Minutes of Meeting and Arranged Proposed Distribution of Income. Making the point point (ii) first and point(i) second.
      • 19/06/2025 Upgrade of Discretionary Trust to a LightYear Docs Strategic Discretionary Trust - Added Witness Signatories in both Trustee and Appointor
      • 20/06/2025 SMSF Establishment - Fixed FuseSign Code Error when Trustee Meeting is not selected.
      • 25/06/2025 Contractor’s Agreement – Company Contractor (long form) - Restructured interview layout for the Schedule 1 Information Tab and added check box selection for insurance that is available for the employee. (Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Personal Accident/Salary Continuance Insurance) only the selected insurance will appear it's clause within the document output. Also added select all button incase all insurance are applicable.
      • 25/06/2025  Leading Member SMSF Deed of Variation & Leading Member SMSF to Leading Member SMSF Variation - When Leading Member is selected as Other Signing Person, the additional output on party list and signatories is removed so it will not result to redundancy and added Succeeding LM List on Schedule 1.
      • 27/06/2025 - Within the Beneficiaries clause 3.1(d), changed the wordings into "Corporations: any company, whether now existing or hereinafter incorporated in which the Trust holds the shares, another beneficiary holds the shares including another trust or a director, or a Person who beneficially owns a share carrying a right to vote at general meetings, is a beneficiary by reason of a preceding paragraph of this sub-clause" to the following documents:

      • 27/06/2025 - Added option if the Trust has been varied in the past. Date can now be entered and the wordings for the Trust Deed within the Minutes has been adjusted depending on this answer. If varied in the past, the wordings "and varied on [Variation Dates]" will be added in the Trust Deed wordings for the following documents:

      17 June 2025 – The Revocation of the Successor Director was launched, to allow a formal removal of the previously appointed individual from the succession structure and updating the company's governance arrangements.
