• 30/06/2022 LYD Will & Testamentary Trust - advisers can now choose one Testamentary Trust instead of beneficiaries, and additional Testamentary Trust clause added;

  "Any capital distribution to a beneficiary under the age of 25 is limited to health care, education expenses or for the deposit on a first home.”
