  • 24/07/2026 SMSF Will with Death Benefits Protection Trust - Under the "Product Disclosure Statement for the SMSF Will" section, the wordings "SMSFD/2008/D1" has been replaced with "SMSFD 2008/3".
  • 27/07/2026 The following text within the Will and Testamentary Section have been fixed for the templates The LYD Will, The LYD Will and EPOA and The Moat and Castle:
    • 9.1(i) - amended to correct typo (which you had already fixed up in that sentence)
    • 9.1(k) - added the word "My" before the word "Executor" to ensure consistent referencing in the document.
    • In the Spouse Will at paragraph 9, I added the cross-reference hyperlink to clause 21 - please double check i have done that part correctly.
  • 29/07/2026 The formatting output Rule 4 - change "Corporations Law" to "Corporations Act, Rule 5.1(c) - change "legal liability" to "legal disability"
