      • 03/07/2025 Account Based Pension Current Year Pension Payment, Account Based Pension, Conversion of a Transition to Retirement Income Stream (TRIS) to an Account Based Pension - Added Option for End of Financial Year 2025/2026 in the list.
      • 03/07/2025 Deed of Vesting (Discretionary Trust) - Fixed the placement of clause allowing the Trustee to determine the vesting day and which clause the Trust can be vested.
      • 04/07/2025 Discretionary Trust - (non foreign persons) - Fixed live Trustee Signer code.
      • 07/07/2025 - Under Taxation of Pensions clause (d), updated the Transfer balance amount cap from "1.9M" into "2M" and updated the wordings "From 1 July 2023" into "1st July 2025" on the following documents:

      • 07/07/2025 Discretionary Trust Distribution Minutes (Discretionary Trust Distribution Resolution inside doc) - Restructured the Specific Entitlement Tab and Trust Income Tab. Added Dropdown list in which the user/client can choose the income stream whether they are (Individual, Corporate, Trust, Charity Beneficiaries). Only the selected option will appear in the output of the document.
      • 14/07/2025 Member Leaving A SMSF - Within the interview and output document, added reasons for leaving of a Member: The list has been update with the following reason (Death, Divorce or separation, Voluntary Exit, Mental Incapacity, Establishment of Own SMSF, Financial Restructuring, Divorce of Other Members, Expatriation or Moving Overseas, Family Relationship Changes, Death of Another Key Member).
      • 16/07/2025 The Moat and Castle & The Protector - Within the Promissory Note and Endorsement of Promissory Note, added the Party tittle under the name of the entity,  "Promisor and Endorsee" and "Promisee"

        Within the Call Option template, changed the text "Borrower" into "Property Owner" in Party tittle under the name of the entity regardless if the borrower has been chosen to be represented as the Property Owner.
      • 16/07/2025 The LYD Will and EPOA, The Moat and Castle & Leading Member SMSF Establishment with EPOA - In the interview, within the Power Attorney tab (both Principal and Spouse), updated the caption for the second option in to "Do anything on behalf of the principal that can lawfully be done by an attorney. Including both personal and financial matters. In NSW, WA, and TAS, the attorney can only make legal and financial decisions; for personal matters, an enduring power of guardianship is to be used."
      • 23/07/2025 Put Option Deed - Made the following changes:
        • Within the Put Option Tab, changed the caption “Is the Option Property a Real Estate Property?” to “Is one of the Option Properties a Real Estate Property?”
        • Added Witness field within the individual parties for both the Put Option Holder and Grantor.
        • Added Witness Signers within the Signatory Section.
        • Included Signer codes for all parties ready for Fuse Sign Integration for future implementation.
