LY Members receive full access to all services, including the Surge platform, designed for comprehensive support and advanced tools.

LY Lite Members will no longer have access to the Surge platform. However, they retain the ability to use the Document Wizard for document creation. Support is provided through email and phone to ensure essential services remain available.
