      • 09/01/2025 - Added the new Successor Director definition for the following documents:

        Successor Director means a person appointed under a binding resolution to replace a Director, with all associated rights and privileges, in circumstances such as the Director's incapacity, bankruptcy, or death. This may include an attorney under an enduring power of attorney or a person appointed by the Director's personal representatives or trustee.

      • 13/01/2025 - At Rule 42.1 - changed the referred section to "section 250A of the Corporations Act" and at Rule 82.3(e) changed the referred section to "section 249J(3)©" to following documents:

      • 16/01/2025 Fixed Unit Trust documents - In Clause 10(b) changed reference clause from 9.1 to 10(a).
      • 17/01/2025 Pension Commutation - Replaced the wordings "back to accumulation phase within the (Fund Name)" to "and make a lump sum payment to the Member" under the Trustee Meeting: Commutation of an Account Based Pension.

      • 22/01/2025 Declaration of Trust/ Bare Trust - Created a question that will only allow Asset tab to appear when answered yes.
      • 22/01/2025 Upgrade of Discretionary Trust to a LightYear Docs Strategic Discretionary Trust - When jurisdiction is Western Australia, added a new question 'Would you like to have Pharmacy Registration Board provisions?' and also add 'Would you like to add a resolution?' if corporate trustee
      • 23/01/2025 All LYD Documents - Replaced "Signed by:" with "Signed, Sealed and Delivered by:" for individual parties in Signature section
      • 23/01/2025 Advance Care Directive (NSW) & Enduring Power of Guardianship (NSW) - Fixed formatting issue in Enduring Guardian 
      • 24/01/2025 Upgrade of Discretionary Trust to a LightYear Docs Strategic Discretionary Trust - Reverted the change  'Would you like to add a resolution?' if corporate trustee
