Is it necessary for a Director to have a Director ID before creating a Company?

It is not a requirement in our interviews to get the Director ID. As advise by ASIC, a reminder or an advise should be noted in the interview which we have met if you check the Director ID tab in our interviews. It is ASIC's system who will determine if the Director already has an ID.
