Is it a Good Practice to Include the Accountant of the Third Party in The Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement?
You can include the Accountant if you want. However, it is not necessary as they are an independent third party not involved with the client.
NDAs are only required between two parties. The person providing the information or knowledge, and the person who agrees not to disclose it.
Please be advised this is general information only, and is not to be taken as legal advice. If you would like more information, or have a legal query, please contact Abbott & Mourly directly.
