I want to add a minor as a member of SMSF. What documents can I use from LYD?

If a minor needs to be added as a Member, they can be added using the Member Appointment, but since the laws don't allow a minor to be trustee and Super laws require all the Member to be trustees, the minor will need an EPOA allowing another Member to be replacement trustee or replacement director of the corporate trustee.You can create an EPOA on LYD and just use the SMSF option in the powers of Attorney.
