How to resign the first Leading Member?
Use the template - Changes to Discretionary Trust Positions and Name to retire the former Leading Member and appoint a new one. On the interview:
1. Click the General Information tab and tick Yes on the question, 'Are there any changes in the position in the Trust?'.
2. On the Changing Party tab, tick the Leading Member position and Retiring for the status.
3. Add a Changing Party, tick the Leading Member position and New for the status.
