How to add a Secondary Beneficiary in Discretionary Trust (Non-Foreign Person)?

Second beneficiaries are just family of Primary Beneficiaries. If you want a specific distribution to a named person, you can add in as a primary beneficiary. Otherwise, the trustee can technically distribute to any beneficiary as he sees fit (trustee discretion).
