Is EPOA Replacement Director Solution the Same as the Successor Director Solution?

The EPOA runs out at the time of death while the Successor Director solution does not.

Further the Successor Director solution provides for a change in company constitution to enable the successor director.  With the EPOA you must ensure that the corporate trustee is upgraded to a LightYear Docs corporate trustee.
