Company Limited by Guarantee

Lightyear Docs do not offer Company Limited by Guarantee documents however, it can be done through our partner, I Love Accounting. They offer the document for $149 plus the ASIC fee, which is $576. Will the registered office be open to the public from at least 10am to 12 noon and 2pm to 4pm (business days)? If not, it must be open for at least 3 hours between 9am and 5pm (business days). The public must be able to visit or post an item to the office during these times:

• at least 3 directors (with at least 2 who lives in Australia)
• at least 1 member (can be individuals or companies - include ACN)
• at least 1 secretary (with at least 1 who lives in Australia)
