SIS Regulation 13.22C, GST and SIS Act 93
Q:Can a SIS Reg 13.22c bucket company which holds property and cash register for GST and not breach the SIS Act? Note that the property being held is a commercial property with an arm's length lease with a non-related party.
A: Absolutely. In fact it may breach the SIS Act if they did not register where GST is required as in commercial rent.
