In this session Grant Abbott from Abbott & Mourly lawyers reviews the annuity contract drafted by AM and for exclusive use on the LightYear Docs platform. In its essence it is a contract where the annuitant pays another person or entity for an income stream over a period of time. For example the annuitant may pay $100,000 for a five year term certain annuity with five annual income payments of $21,000.
