Now this is not just Wills that a suburban lawyer might do but a holistic, 360 degree look at all of a client's structures and financial affairs with the mission of providing tax effective succession and protecting them from litigation, estate family provisions claims and creditors if completed correctly. With that in mind we have built LYProtect which pulls together all of our SAPEP documents and strategies, provides comprehensive training and also a path to accreditation as a SAPEP adviser. Think of that accreditation sitting on your wall! For financial planners this is a great new line of fee paying work that does not require an SOA as all the documents sit outside the licensing rules and from the legal side have been signed off by Abbott & Mourly Lawyers. For accountants, SAPEP has proved popular and will be the 'go to' advising area once Covid19 relief advice drops off.
