I'm getting a Manual Review Explained Error on my Company Set up. How do I Proceed?

I have started to order a company but the following error has come up:

ASIC needs to complete a manual review of the availability of your proposed company name. If you wish to proceed with this name please contact support@lightyeardocs.com.au.

Kindly tick the box that asks do you own the business and it will let you proceed. We will do the manual review once the company is completed.

But we don’t own the business name, there is no business name registered?

That's fine. There's no impact on that as the manual review will be done after the Company is completed. That's the only way to proceed with the interview.

What if we proceed and finish the document and the Company name is not available?

The registration will not be completed and we will be notifying you through email. We will also do the editing on the document if needed.

Why am I getting the error?

This is due to the name chosen is not being contained within the English dictionary so it completes a manual check to ensure that it is not something that should not be used such as obscene words. This generally results in a longer response back from ASIC as it is manually intervened and checks.
