Strategy Text for Leading Member Advice

This text (available for download below) has been designed to provide guidance in relation to the recommendation or decision to convert an existing self-managed super fund structure into a Leading Member SMSF structure. This text may be used in several different ways including, but not limited to:

1. Client file notes;
2. Statement of Advice documents (general template text);
3. Review Statement of Advice documents (general template text);
4. The construction or assistance of other advice document; and/or
5. Betterment of understanding of the Leading Member structure (multi-purpose).

In line with ASIC RG 90.7 - We recognise that the style, content, layout and length of any advice document or file note will vary depending on various matters, including the scope and complexity of the advice. This text is general in nature and it is unlikely that you could use the text without modification.
