Upgrade a Current SMSF to a Leading Member and Change of Trustee

To upgrade a current SMSF to a Leading Member and Change of Trustee - do the following. 

1. Establish Leading Member Trustee company: Use the document - Leading Member SMSF Special Purpose Corporate Trustee

2. Complete change of Trustee which includes ATO forms: Use the document - Change of Trustees for SMSFs

3. Complete upgrade of SMSF to Leading Member SMSF: Use the document - Leading Member SMSF Deed of Variation
