What to do if we have a Lost Deed - SMSF, Discretionary Trust or Unit Trust
The preparation of the Deed of Lost Deed is legal advice and services, it can be completed for $395 through Abbott & Mourly Lawyers and includes a new set of rules. In order to proceed we need the following information:
1. Name of Trust.
2. Appointor - do you want to put in place a Successor Appointor.
3. Trustee.
4. Principal Beneficiary.
5. When was it established approximately so we can determine a vesting date.
6. Who was the Settlor?
