It can be used for trustee companies both SMSF and Discretionary Trust and in reality, must be put in place. It is also important for ordinary trading companies and bucket companies. And for unit trust or other investment vehicles where a person is acting as a director of the investment trust or company it is vital to ensure a family's interests are protected.
