  • 04/02/2025 LYD Standard Company - Corrected Clause G. General Agreement clause within the Letter of advice Execution.

  • 10/02/2025 Leading Member Discretionary Trust - (non-foreign persons) - The following changes were made:
    • Removed the definition of "Notional Sub-Fund"
    • Removed the definition of "Tax Use Benefit".
    • Changed the wordings from clause 15.2 into "17.2" under the clause 5.2(b) of Distribution of capital.
    • Changed the wordings from clause 15.2(d) into "17.2(d)" under the clause 5.2(b) of Distribution of capital.
    • Fixed the wordings within the clause of 8.5(a) No Successor Leading Member Appointor - "If The Leading Member Appointor has died or is incapacitated, the Legal Personal Representative of The Leading Member Appointor’s, with their consent, is to become The Leading Member Appointor, unless the Legal Personal Representative is in litigation or is to commence litigation against the current Trustee. If there is more than one Legal Personal Representative they may choose one or more to become joint Leading Member Appointors."
  • 17/02/2026 Legal Disclaimer - Removed the wordings of Abbott and Morly and change into "LYG Group Ltd."
  • 26/02/2026 Related Party LRBA (Property) -  The following changes were made:
    • Applied full state name across all party entities.
    • Fixed Individual Signatories added text "Signed Sealed and Delivered by:"
    • Updated wordings of Replacement Trustee(a) "The Trustee of the Fund may at any Time, by deed, remove the Trustee and appoint a replacement trustee."
    • Added definition of the following:
      • Trust Property’ is the property described in Schedule 1 of this Deed.
      • Trustee’ means [entity variables] as trustee of the Holding Trust.
      • Trustee of the Fund’ is the trustee of [SMSF Variable] who is beneficially entitled to the Property held on holding trust by the Trustee.
