What happens to EPOA status upon moving to different state?

The client moved from New South Wales to Queensland and they have enduring guardian, Will and Power of Attorney. However, the husband is diagnosed with dementia. So, they asked if the wife should now have EPOA for Queensland.

The Enduring Power of Attorney carries from state to state. For the client with dementia, it cannot be changed. For the wife, it is best advised to review and update the document as Queensland has a better Enduring Power of Attorney.
