What would happen if a successor director system is in place for a corporate trustee? Would this SMSF Will or the successor director take precedence?
If the Successor Director is in place then the SMSF Will is confirmatory and extra secure. For a SMSF you must use the Executor as the Successor Director.
Please be advised this is general information only, and is not to be taken as legal advice. If you would like more information, or have a legal query, please contact Abbott & Mourly directly.
