  • 10/12/2025 SMSF Investment Strategy - Fund - Applied font change from Calibri into Arial and fixed the template formatting by moving the Legal Disclaimer on the last page.
  • 12/12/2025 Family Protection Trust - (non-foreign persons) - following changes were made:
    • Fixed the definition of Spouse into "Spouse’ is that Person who is in a common law, Family Law, de facto or any other relationship recognised a genuine, committed relationship and includes any Person that the Family Protection Appointor deems to be a spouse."
    • Fixed the definition of Relatives. If Victorian Landholding Trust is True, output is ‘Relatives’ has the meaning attributed to it in Section 3 of the Duties Act 2000 (VIC)." if False, the output is ‘Relatives’ includes relative of an individual and means the following: a parent, grandparent, brother, sister, cousin, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, lineal descendant or adopted Child of the individual or of his or her spouse."
  • 12/12/2025 Upgrade of Discretionary Trust to a Family Protection Trust (Non-Foreign Person) - Changed wordings on clause 5.2 Distribution of Capital into "on termination of the Trust, the capital available for distribution as shall not have been the subject of an effective determination of the Trustee pursuant to paragraph (a) of this sub-clause, shall be held for the default beneficiary named or described in sub-paragraphs (d)(i) and (ii) of clause 17.2 and if more than one, equally, and if there shall be no such persons, then for the default beneficiary described in sub-paragraph (d)(i) of clause 17.2(d)."
  • 16/12/2025 Family Protection Trust - (non-foreign persons) - Fixed second nominating Family Protection Appointor fields that is not showing properly.
  • 18/12/2025 LYD Standard Company - Following changes were made:
    • Fixed Rule 50 - Alternate Directors clause. Removed the mentions of (50) and (50.7).
    • Fixed Rule 63 - Managing Directors clause. Fixed number formatting.
    • Fixed Rule 82.5 wordings and updated it into "The Company may give notice to a person who is entitled to a share in consequence of death, mental incapacity or bankruptcy of a Member and who is not Registered as the holder of the share:"
    • Fixed Clause 4.5 number formatting.
    • Fixed Rule 34 number formatting.
    • Added the new letter of advice for document execution.
  • 18/12/2025 Discretionary Trust Distribution Minutes
    (Discretionary Trust Distribution Resolution inside doc) - "If income type selected is "franked dividends", within the section of Proposed distribution of Income clause (i) will be;
    • (i) Specific Entitlement to Franked Distributions and/or Capital Gains.
    • The Trustee resolves to specifically entitle <Entity Variable> to:
      a. Franked dividends of <Amount Variable>; and
      b. the franking credits attached to those dividends of <Credit Variable>.
