I cannot find the Certificate of Registration of the company I registered. How can I get a copy?
Once the company is registered and ACN is released by ASIC, it will show on My Documents under the company document you just submitted. Beside the ACN is a note icon with the arrow down on it. Click the icon to download the Certificate of Registration/Incorporation.
You have 30 days to download the Certificate of Registration before it expires. Once expired, you have to contact ASIC for a copy. Please be advised that we do not store Certificates in our system.
Need further assistance? Please contact Support through the Organisation Support chat in your Surge account.
Please be advised this is general information only, and is not to be taken as legal advice. If you would like more information, or have a legal query, please contact Abbott & Mourly directly.
