  • 06/08/2026 LRBA Holding Trust Pack Bank - All letter of advice with LightYear Legal credentials were updated.
  • 06/08/2026 SMSF Establishment - All letter of advice with LightYear Legal credentials were updated and the Trustee declaration form was updatd into NAT 71089-05.2025 version.
  • 10/08/2026 Upgrade of Discretionary Trust to a LightYear Docs Strategic Discretionary Trust -  This has been updated to allow the appointment of multiple Guardian entities. 
  • 12/08/2026 SMSF Investment Strategy - Fund - The clause 7 referring to "ratified" has been fixed into "rectified."
  • 20/08/2026 Non-fixed Unit Trust - (individual & corporate) - The clause 1.3 governing state variable has been fixed.
  • 27/08/2026 LRBA Holding Trust Pack Bank and LRBA Holding Trust Pack Non-Bank, the following items were added:
    • The Lender tab for option to add specific Lender entities.
      Document output added Lender(s) definition with specific entities name
      • if selected "Yes" within the interview.
      • If Selected Yes. the text output will be: "Lender means <Lender Entity> providing finance under this Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangement."
      • If not selected or answered "Not". Output text will be: "Lender means any person providing finance under this Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangement."
