• 04/04/2024 The LYD Will and EPOA, The LYD Will & The Moat and Castle - Added Testator, Witness 1 an Witness 2 Signatories in Cover Page of the (Basic Will and with Spouse).
  
• 04/04/2024 Leading Member SMSF Establishment & QROPs SMSF Establishment - Added additional document found in SMSF Establishment
• 05/04/2024 Enduring Power of Attorney, The LYD Will and EPOA & The Moat and Castle - Fixed issue on successive attorney data elements are not showing properly.
  
• 05/04/2024 QROPs SMSF Deed of Variation & QROPs SMSF Establishment - Added PDS and other minor changes.
• 08/04/2024 The LYD Will and EPOA & The Moat and Castle - Replaced replacement attorney to successive attorney in Financial Matter (Spouse) tab of EPOA QLD Long
• 10/04/2024 Buy-Sell Option Agreement - Added option to shareholder party for Trust and Company and other minor text amendments.

• 29/04/2024 The Moat and Castle & SMSF Will with Death Benefits Protection Trust
  - In the Schedule (for all the trust deeds in the SMSF Will) replaced "TIME OF PROBATE" with "TIME OF ESTABLISHMENT" in the Settlor and replace "TIME OF PROBATE" with "BY THE TRUSTEE OF THE FUND" in the Trustee. 
  
• 29/04/2024 Deed of Vesting (SMSF) - Added the 'deed of variation' question in the Deed of Vesting of SMSF. The question would be - 'Has the Trust been varied in the past?' with a yes and no box followed by the date column. (Not Yet Started)
  
• 29/04/2024 The Successor Director Solution - Multi Company plus upgrade Constitution - Added upgrade to FPT
  
• 29/04/2024 The LYD Will and EPOA, The LYD Will & The Moat and Castle - In the Wills document removed Federal in some clauses, make interview for Guardianship and Pet guardianship similar to Funeral wishes and other changes. (For QA)
  

PLATFORM UPDATE

• HARD COPY ORDERS - Temporarily placed on hold from the 13th of April to the 22nd of April due to an essential machine upgrade.
• AHCD SOUTH AUSTRALIA - Temporarily taken down as part of our continued review program. Updated the form and was back up, 18 April 2024.
