Directors in a company come and go - when there is bankruptcy, death, incapacity and divorce. ASIC has warned for single director companies it is imperative that a solution is put in place in the event the Director needs to depart.

In this session Grant Abbott look at the LightYear Docs solution for trading companies, trustee companies, SMSF trustee companies and bucket companies. Plus we will consider the position in a multi-investor company such as a property development company. We will look at what to charge, client emails to get the ball rolling and how to handle company shares in the above situations.

This session will have one hour CPE for tax agents and for FASEA/ASIC it is 0.5 client care and 0.5 technical.
