At Abbott & Mourly lawyers we are called upon to fix families futures by building in lines of succession, secure all asset planning across SMSFs, trusts and companies plus create unique testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, SMSF Wills and Wills. To date we have not trained on the use of testamentary trusts and in this session Grant Abbott and Michael Jeffriess will look at what works and what does not work in terms of testamentary trusts. We will consider the laws, the taxation and also how to build within the two LightYear Docs offerings.
