20 July 2020 - Testamentary Trust v Living Trust

In this session we will review the differences between a testamentary trust - a trust that is created from a Will and also a living trust - a trust already in existence.

Grant Abbott will review each for their strengths and weaknesses, plus the impact of estate planning, stamp duty and taxation on passing assets between generations. A review of asset protection and what is best for long term succession planning will be considered.
