In this session Grant Abbott will look at the SMSF Will and how it differs from a binding death benefit nomination as well as overcoming BDBN limitations. Grant will also look at reversionary pensions and the SMSF death benefits trust - a testamentary trust built by the trustee of the SMSF which bypasses the deceased's legal estate and ensures that children are taxed at adult tax rates.
