Thanks for registering for our SMSF Strategy session where we went through the proposals to implement a Super Wealth Tax.  The genie is out of the bottle, and Grant's not sure there will be any changes, as it would mean a lot of administration issues with industry super funds.  Grant set up a Family Protection Trust and transferred the excess super to it for the client.  This has immediate family protection, asset protection and estate planning benefits.
